Koh Elwood takes Government Requirement very serious and we maintain high standards when it comes to our salon procedures and we work extremely hard as a team to make sure government requirements are met.

We have a COVIDsafe plan to ensure we provide WHS for both our team and our clients.

In return, we ask that you support us and do your part in the process to ensure we can remain open.

  1. Please respond promptly to appointment confirmation texts.  We have an on-going cancellation/waitlist. If you do not reply within 24 hours, we may cancel your appointment and give the appointment to the next waiting client. We ask for your utmost co-operation when it comes to this as we are trying our best to accommodate everyone during this time.

  2. Clients and team members are no longer required to wear a mask however if you would like to wear one or would like your stylist to wear one, you can request this upon arriving and our stylists are more than willing to accomodate.

  3. We request that clients reschedule their appointment if they are experiencing any flu like symptoms. This is important to ensure our client’s health and also our own. Unwell clients may be refused entry to the salon.

  4. We kindly ask you to come to your appointment alone (when possible) to ensure our capacity requirements are met. If you are unable to find suitable care for your child, please call the salon with plenty of notice to let us know.

  5. We encourage all clients to sanitise their hands before sitting in their designated seat. This can be done using soap and water in the rest room or using our provided hand sanitisers. We also encourage use of these sanitising services throughout your appointment. There is a hand sanitiser bottle at every hair station.

  6. We further recommend bringing your own entertainment (such as a book, iPad, phone etc) as we will not be supplying magazines.

  7. Our basin area is a ‘Quiet Zone’ This will ensure no talking over heads and you can relax and fully enjoy your salon experience.

  8. All walk-in clients, whether it be for an appointment or to buy retail, must check in using our QR code at the front desk. However, if you have an appointment we already have your information and details of your visit in our system so check-in isn't necessary.
