For at least the next little while, we've had to make some very real and necessary changes to our processes.
While we endeavour to provide the same quality of service you've come to know and love, we appreciate your patience with our new hygiene and safety practices.
This is what we are doing to ensure your safety:
We will be taking everyone's temperatures prior to you entering the salon.
Each station will be sanitised before and after every client.
We have ways to work around your mask during your service but you will still be required to wear one.
We have spaced out our seats to adhere to government regulations and divided our basin seats with screens.
We have spaced out appointments.
Our basin areas are ‘quiet zones’ so you can relax and enjoy your experience.
This is what you can do to ensure our safety:
If you are feeling run down or unwell please reschedule your appointment.
We have plenty of hand sanitiser around the salon, please use some upon arrival and during your service. If needed or preferred, you can wash your hands in our bathroom.
Please bring your own water, refreshments, book or magazines to your appointment.
Wear layers/jackets to your appointment. Our salon can get quite hot if all the hairdryers are on and as wearing masks can add to a 'stuffy' feeling we are predicting the door need to stay open for fresh, cool air.
Please come alone where possible.
